Having completed many successful projects at the heart of Englands capital city, London. Dean and wife Alison of Leicestershire decided to move to the ex-English capital and oldest recorded town, Colchester, formally known as Camulodunum in 1994. Since moving to Colchester in Spring 1994, Nevill Developments has moved from strength to strength, working on a variety of projects, from magazine worthy country homes to blocks of flats and medium sized developments of townhouses.

Keen for adventure and taking on new challenges, Dean has also turned his hand to a number of commercial projects, both in London and Colchester. If you live in the capital or have visited various tourist destinations, you will have seen some of his work amongst many of the best developers and architects in the world.

Dean, now in his 50’s is looking to grow and expand his business by incorporating son and qualified carpenter Aaron into the family business and managing projects of his own, enabling the company to manage multiple projects at any one time. Dean is big on family and a continual supporter of charities. Dean has helped many raise thousands of pounds for great causes at various charity events, and functions.
